2nd Eastern European Regional SCL Conference
Construction Across Borders
22–23 April 2027 · Hyatt Regency Sofia, Bulgaria
About the Conference
The 2nd Eastern European Regional SCL Conference – Construction Across Borders is a leading regional forum dedicated to construction law, infrastructure projects, dispute resolution, and project delivery. Bringing together construction lawyers, arbitrators, in-house counsel, engineers, project managers, academics, and industry professionals, the Conference provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices across jurisdictions.
Following the success of the inaugural 1st Eastern European Regional SCL Conference hosted by the Society of Construction Law Serbia in Belgrade in 2026, the Conference returns in 2027 to continue strengthening cooperation among construction law professionals throughout Eastern Europe and the wider international community.
Hosted by the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law (BSCL), this year’s Conference will take place on 22–23 April 2027 at the Hyatt Regency Sofia, bringing together distinguished speakers and delegates from across Europe and beyond.
