The Members of the Parliament adopted the new Public Procurement Act

After seven plenary sessions, including one extraordinary session, the new Public Procurement Act has been adopted. The Act will enter into force as of April 15^th, 2016.

The Regulation for implementation of the new Public Procurement Act shall be adopted by the Council of Ministers until April 15^th, 2016.
