The Annual General Meeting of BSCL was held on 24/09/2020

The Annual General Meeting of Bulgarian Society Construction Law was held on 24/09/2020, at 17:00 PM, at the city of Sofia, 1, Hristo Smirnenski Blvd., pizzeria Bel Ami, under the following AGENDA:

1. Adopting report of the activity of BSCL for the period April 2019 to September 2020 – eng. Adriana Spasova, chairman of the MB of BSCL;
2. Approval and adopting of the Financial report of BSCL for 2019;
3. Adopting budget 2020;
4. Re-election of the Managing Board for new mandate of five years/ Release of members of the Managing Body and appointment of new members;
5. Determination of the membership fee amount for 2021;
6. Miscellaneous
