Boyana Milcheva
Ms. Boyana Milcheva is a partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm. She joined the Law Firm in 2005 and now heads the Construction Law and Tax Law Practice Groups. She specializes in Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Tax Law and Corporate Law.
Boyana Milcheva has significant experience representing clients involved in major infrastructure projects financed by European cohesion and structural funds, as well as by government and private funds. She successfully supports clients in specific dispute resolution procedures under international construction contracts.
Ms. Milcheva is also actively engaged as a legal consultant in public-private partnerships and concessions, providing full scope interdisciplinary legal assistance.
She graduated from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2002) and also completed two courses in American Business Law and American Institutional Law at Sofia University. In 2009 and 2010 she successfully completed the international postgraduate practice programmes in Mergers and Acquisitions and International Business Organisations of the International Bar Association and the College of Law of England and Wales.
Ms. Milcheva is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
