The Construction Law Guide was presented on Sunday, 6th of June 2021 at the Book Fair in front of National Palace of Culture. The Construction Law Guide is issued and distributed by Publishing house SiBi, including 15 chapters, prepared by 12 members of BSCL, experts in the relevant fields of construction law.
The Construction Law Guide presents changes in Spatial Development Act as of the end of February 2021.
The Guide shall be useful for all participants in the construction process. All important issues of the construction law are reviewed whereby the applicable legislation and its harmonization with the world’s most common FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
