On September 9th 2015 the BSCL Management Board held a meeting with the Executive Director of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and agreed active cooperation between the Chamber and the Society, which shall include the elaboration of Particular Conditions, harmonising the he FIDIC General Conditions of Contract with the Bulgarian law, as part of the standard tender documents for public procurement procedures.
